Who we are
This website, kyahaal.com, is operated by JR MACHINES LIMITED, trading as KyaHaal? (“we”, “us” and “our”). Company registration and registered office details appear on our Legal Information page. You can contact us at action@kyahaal.com.
About this website
KyaHaal? is a creative platform for conversations about ideas, original content, film and reels, campaigns, creative talent and collaboration. The website is intended to introduce our interests and invite enquiries. It does not constitute an offer to provide any particular service, a public casting call, a promise of employment, representation, funding, publication or participation in any production.
Using the website
You may browse the website and contact us for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with its security, introduce malicious software, misuse its content, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or other users.
Enquiries and creative submissions
If you email us an idea, proposal, introduction, portfolio or showreel, you confirm that you are entitled to share it with us and that doing so does not breach anyone else's rights or confidentiality obligations. You retain ownership of your own original material. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to access, store internally and review what you send, and to share it only with personnel or service providers reasonably involved in considering or responding to your enquiry, subject to our Privacy Notice. This permission is not a licence to publish, commercially exploit, adapt or produce your work.
Please do not send confidential business secrets, unreleased scripts or commercially sensitive material without first discussing appropriate arrangements with us. An unsolicited submission does not, by itself, create a confidential relationship, exclusivity, an obligation to pay, or an obligation to develop your proposal. We may already be considering similar concepts independently. We will not knowingly copy protected material merely because it has been submitted.
Talent introductions
Talent introductions are for adults aged 18 or over only. You may provide a short introduction and links to material you are authorised to share. Please do not send passports, identification documents, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information. We do not promise auditions, casting, work, representation or a response to every submission. Any later arrangement would require separate discussions and, where appropriate, a written agreement.
Intellectual property
The KyaHaal? name, website design, copy, graphics and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Photographs may be licensed from third-party rights holders. You may view the site for personal or legitimate business evaluation, but may not reproduce, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit its content without appropriate permission. Nothing here transfers ownership of any third-party material to us.
Links and third-party services
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Any use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but may change or withdraw content and functionality without notice. General descriptions are illustrative and do not guarantee the availability or suitability of a service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content or from temporary unavailability of the website. We do not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. These Terms do not override any separately agreed written contract.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a visitor.
